The chillier it gets outside; the more people move inside. Use this to your advantage when planning your next fundraiser. Inside events give you great access to a stream of people in a condensed area, meaning they are far more likely to pass your way while attending.
Events or happenings in your area that you could fundraise at:
- Craft fairs - schools, churches, and community centers most often hold these in November and December
- Holiday plays, musicals, or recitals - schools, performance centers, auditoriums
- Movie nights
- Trivia nights
- Shopping malls
- Holiday activities - light displays, Santa dinners
If you are connected to any of these events or venues then, you may be able to fundraise at the events for free. If not, try reaching out and explaining your cause. It doesn't hurt to ask, and they may be accommodating once they hear your cause.
What fundraising products sell best this time of year? The answer can be based on the event. Item's like our $1 Chocolate Bars, $2 Chocolate Bars, Chocolate Pretzel Rods, lollipops, key chains and lanyards all make not only great moment of snacks, but also great stocking stuffers. Items like these may work best at local fairs and holiday activities. Quick treat time items like our Supreme Selection, Snack Variety, and School Store will likely have higher sales at events like movie and trivia nights or performances where food is allowed. But, get creative with your fundraising offerings! We have no minimum order on any of our products so, for example, you can order a case of chocolate bars and a case of our Supreme Selection to have the best of both worlds! Providing a variety is always a good thing.
You can further spice up your indoor fundraising with our printable lollipop tags, that you can download here. You can tie these to lollipops, pretzel rods or even chocolate bars with ribbons (see our previous blog post here for more on holiday fundraising).

Tis the season for holiday fundraising! Cold weather, holiday sounds and more all signal the end of the year. But have no fear there is still plenty of time to hold a profitable fundraiser.
Coordinating or theming your fundraiser with the holidays is a great way to boost interest and potentially make more than you would normally. Make your holiday spirit known by putting "Holiday Fundraiser" on your signs or incorporating festive decorations around your table setup. Items like our chocolate bars, $1 and $2 variety, lollipops and chocolate pretzel rods all are great holiday snacks and can double as sweet small gifts or stocking stuffers.
As a bonus, theme out your fundraising products! Tie festive tags around your lollipops with curling ribbon or gift wrap yarns for extra incentive and fun. You can download our free printable tags here and make as many as you need. If you're working with a group, have each seller cut and tie tags on their case of lollipops or do an assembly line to get many hands involved. Getting your sellers involved in set up is also a way of allowing them to have a feeling on control and accomplishment when selling these festive items. You can also use these tags to tie around chocolate pretzel rods or anything else that your creative mind can come up with!
Having pens at your table to allow customers to write to and from names on the tags is a way to make your fundraising items more personal. Displaying your fundraiser is key too. Sticking the lollipops in a styrofoam base to stand upright is also a great way to display your items and further make sales. Use a styrofoam tree or our lollipop tree to bring that holiday theme in even more! Candy, snacks and other flat items can be displayed on themed table cloths or even in boxes wrapped like presents. If you are doing a table setup, consider having more than one item to sell in order to have variety. We have no minimum order on any of our items so you can mix and match cases to come up with your ideal setup.
Don't feel limited to a table setup either. You can have your sellers decorate the outside of boxes or bags that they carry their product in. Putting a selling price on the outside is also helpful when making quick sales.

Spread some love with a fundraiser fit to do so! Here's a super sweet fundraising idea just in time for Valentine’s Day!
WHAT YOU NEED:
- At least one case of heart lollipops (or you can use lip lollipops or both!)
- At least one case of chocolate roses
- Ribbon of your choice (preferably) in a Valentine's color
- Optional, clear tape
Using our heart lollipops (or lip lollipops) and chocolate roses, select one or more lollipops (we used three), and stack them in a fan-like shape. Place a chocolate rose behind the lollipops. Cut a length of ribbon that is long enough to wrap around the lollipops and be tied in a bow, we recommend no shorter than 12 inches. Wrap the ribbon twice around the lollipop bouquet where all the sticks meet in the middle, then tie a bow. Wrapping clear tape around the sticks before adding the ribbon will add extra stability in holding all the lollipops together. Walla! You have a beautiful Valentine's Lollipop Bouquet.
For selling, simply add up the price of each item used in your bouquet and you have your final selling price! It's a unique twist for a seasonal fundraiser and they make great sweetheart gifts! Perfect for selling at schools, churches and events. Plus, it'll be such a unique fundraiser fit for the season that'll you are sure to stand out and bring in that profit!
